Alafaya Woods Apartments(3/2): $1,300-$1,038
Deposit: $300- for me $100
Second 2 years
Rosen College Tuition: $3,492.00 per year ( in state)
On campus- Rosen College (2/1): $5,750 per year
On campus- Rosen College (4/2): $5,350 per year
i would need to figure out food costs, and utilities. i would need to call alafaya woods apartments to see what utilities cost.
(for the apartment it's going to cost me approximately $4,800 per year( that's just $400x12). which is considerably less than staying on campus. the only difference is i could use student loans to pay for on campus. at the same time that would be like 10,000 less that we have to pay back in the end. If i stick with the apartment all 4 years, then i would need to consider gas because the rosen college is about 1/2 an hour away from oviedo)
If i used my student loans for on campus living it would come out to $33, 860.12 that i would need. with a 10 year plan we would pay $280 a month. but that would be split in half- i would pay half and you would pay half.
If i didn't my student loans would be $22,360- with this one we would pay $186 a month- divided in half.
All of this ofcoarse doesn't include interest.
Alright well we have to add in cost of food and all that. so we can sit down in the near future and figure all that out
